As a pioneering company, DOT Consultants LTD. also has a pioneering company structure, We are composed of fixed employees, full-time project-based contracted expert consultants and part-time freelance consultants, who may also have other regular jobs. Although we provide contract staff to our clients we are not a classic staffing agency who seldom understand the technical complexities of what it is they are dealing with. We are a telecoms consultancy who understand, often better than the client, what it is that they need.
Our clients trust us to be at least as competent as they are, we frequently excel in this respect but to maintain standards, to be able to work via us, you will usually need to be a "known" name in the telecoms industry with relevant experience with either a network operator or infrastructure supplier.
Many of our team were introduced to us by other team members and CVs can usually be verified due to our extensive industry contacts.
As well as technical ability we are also looking for people with the correct mindset who can work independently, mix well with different cultures and are comfortable in high stress situations.
