We understand that today's telecoms company needs to focus on reducing costs but at the same time requires a qualified and experienced workforce to be available when needed. This usually entails a reduction of skilled staff in the established market and employment of new inexperienced staff in the new market. Given the complexity of telecoms networks, we estimate it is some years before the previous technical capacity is recovered.
